Booking
Lessons are booked by message on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a day, time and pool with you.
Prices and payment
1:1 lessons cost £30 for 25 minutes or £60 for 50 minutes. 2:1 lessons cost £20 per swimmer for 25 minutes or £40 per swimmer for 50 minutes.
Lessons are paid for in advance. We'll send you payment details when your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and missed lessons
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and we'll try to find another time. If we have to cancel a lesson, for example because of illness or a pool closure, we'll offer you another time or a refund for that lesson.
Health and safety
- Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries or additional needs before the first lesson, and let us know if anything changes.
- Swimmers should not take part if they are unwell.
- Please follow the pool's own rules and any instructions from your teacher.
Children
A parent or guardian must stay on site for the whole of their child's lesson, and be ready to help at the start and end of the session.
Photos and videos
We never take photos or videos of swimmers without permission. Parents may photograph their own child only, and only with the teacher's agreement and within the pool's rules.
